How do I create an AI training with ONevents?

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is currently on everyone’s lips – but how do you bring the topic closer to your participants in an exciting and practical way? ONevents You can create an interactive AI training that not only imparts knowledge but also actively engages your community.

The basic framework of your AI training

Good training relies on a clear idea. First, consider:

  • What should your target group have learned at the end? (e.g. basics of AI, legal aspects, application in everyday work)
  • How can you convey the knowledge? (Texts, videos, interactive elements)

On ONevents you can create a Event and you can use the Questionnaires Incorporate the interactive elements. This way, your training doesn't remain frontal, but becomes a truly hands-on experience.

Define the structure of your training

In a good training, it is important that participants know exactly what to expect and how to master the process.

For example, you can take your training in this three chapters divide:

  1. Basic knowledge of AI – convey basic knowledge
    • Introductory video: “What is AI?”
    • Interactive quiz to identify AI applications in everyday life
  2. Legal basis – clarify important framework conditions
    • Explanatory video: “AI & Data Protection”
    • Quiz with case studies (e.g. AI in customer service – what is allowed and what is not allowed?)
  3. Prompting in practice – Application and testing
    • Short video: “This is how good prompting works”
    • Two practical tasks directly in the ONevents AI element: Participants formulate their own prompts and receive feedback from the AI itself on the quality of their prompts.

Process per chapter
  • Watch training videos: Each chapter begins with short, easy-to-understand videos, which participants are then expected to watch one after the other.
  • Knowledge check:
    • After the chapters Basic knowledge and Legal basis Quiz questions follow (via ONevents questionnaires).
    • In the chapter Prompting In this example, there are two practical tasks instead: create prompts yourself and try them out directly in the AI element.

Notes
  • Make sure to clearly communicate the processing time in advance. This makes it easier for participants to schedule the training into their daily work routine. A duration of 30–45 minutes, for example, is compact enough to be easily incorporated into a daily work routine.
  • Explain to your participants early on what the success criteria are. Example: “Training is considered passed if both quizzes are completed with at least five correct answers and the prompting tasks have been solved.”
This creates transparency and clear goals.
  • Avoid videos that are too long. It's better to have several short clips (2–5 minutes) per chapter than one 20-minute block. This keeps attention high.
  • Combine input and interaction. Each video should be followed by an activity (quiz or task). This helps reinforce the content.
  • Plan a reward. Whether a personal AI certificate (created via PDFs) or access to an in-house AI tool – small “rewards” increase motivation.

Integrate interactive quizzes

Quizzes are perfect for testing what has been learned while also creating playful motivation. Of course, you can still use classic quiz questions – typical multiple choice, but with an exciting scenario. Thanks to the ONeventsQuestionnaires can you:

  • Create multiple-choice questions
  • Incorporate scenarios and case studies

Example for a question in your AI training:

Quiz: Legal AI Assessment
Example (for orientation, adjust individually depending on the application):

A healthcare advisor uses an AI tool that automatically generates treatment recommendations. The recommendations seem sensible – is he allowed to accept them without review?

  • ( ) Yes, if they seem plausible.
  • ( ) No – medical decisions should always be reviewed by a human.
  • ( ) No – such automation is not permitted under data protection law.
  • ( ) No – AI recommendations may not be used at all.

By asking questions like these, you convey specialist knowledge and simultaneously raise awareness of the legal framework.

Interaction with Open AI integration in questionnaires

Thanks to a new ONevents features In questionnaires you can specify the type “Open AI Call” and thus integrate AI functions directly:

  • You deposit a Pre-prompt – a short instruction on how the AI should react to user input.

  • Participants type, the AI answers in Real time, individual and appropriate to the content.

Example pre-prompt:

Participants enter their own prompts, the AI answers in real time – in this case not with a solution, but with feedback on the quality of the prompt entered in order to practice prompting.

"Analyze the prompt entered by the participant. Rate its clarity, precision, and feasibility on a scale of 1 to 5 and then provide concrete suggestions for improvement. Be constructive and easy to understand."

Course schedule:
  • Participants formulate their own prompt (e.g. “Write me a text about AI”).
  • The AI then evaluates the prompt like this:
    • Evaluation: “3/5 – The prompt is too general.”
    • Feedback: "Be more specific, e.g., 'Write a text about three opportunities and risks of AI in human resources, each in 2-3 sentences.'"

In this way, participants learn directly through doing how good prompts differ from weak ones – and how they can improve their inputs.

This is ideal:

  • for Prompting exercises in your training,
  • for personalized feedback,
  • or for spontaneous Knowledge queries in workshops or webinars.

Combine this with classic quiz question formats – this way you mix interactivity with didactic appeal.

Integrate multimedia elements

A text-only training course can quickly seem dry. With ONevents, you can also add exciting content, for example via iFrame embed:

  • Explanatory videos (e.g. on AI, data processing or ethics)
  • Infographics or diagrams of AI processes

With ONevents, you combine videos, graphics, and quizzes to create a diverse learning experience. This creates a diverse learning environment that can accommodate your participants' different learning styles.

Plan support & feedback

Don’t forget, at the end of your training:

  • Contact options for organizational questions.
  • Space for Feedback queries into ONevents so that you can continuously improve the training.

Conclusion

With ONevents, you can create a modern, interactive AI training course in just a few steps.

  • Build a clear structure.
  • Combine videos with questionnaires and quizzes for active participation.
  • Include practical prompting exercises.
  • Establish clear success criteria and a reward system.

This way, your training will not only be a dry transfer of knowledge, but a Experiencethat inspires your community and has a lasting impact.
