Guidelines for using AI features in ONevents

1. Responsible use

  • Transparency: Inform your event attendees when AI features are used, such as personalized content or automated processes.
  • Data protection: Ensure that all data used is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR). Only use data for which explicit consent has been obtained.
  • Fairness: Avoid any discrimination or bias that might arise from AI models.

2. Areas of application of AI functions

  • Personalization: Recommendations for sessions, networking suggestions or individual agendas.
  • Automation: Registration, emails, feedback analysis.
  • Interactive tools: Q&A, real-time analytics, automatic translations.

3. Limitations and Liability

  • Quality of results: Check AI results for accuracy and relevance.
  • Disclaimer: ONevents assumes no liability for decisions based on AI.

4. Technical implementation

  • Training: Employees must be trained in the use of AI.
  • Integration: Seamless integration into the dashboard.
  • Maintenance: Regular performance monitoring and updates.

5. Ethics and Compliance

  • Transparent algorithms: Documentation of functionality and data usage.
  • Bias minimization: Regular review and corrective actions.
  • Responsible development: Collaboration only with trustworthy partners.

6. Feedback and improvement

  • Participant feedback: Use for continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshooting: Clear processes for reporting and resolution.

Fair use of administrator access

The number of administrators of each license is managed according to the fair use procedure and is limited as follows:

  • Mailing: 1
  • Single: 3
  • Per: 5
  • Corporate: 20

The following applies to individual events:

  • Check in: 2
  • Live stream: 5
  • Complete: 10

Responsibility for content

Users are solely responsible for their content and activities on the platform. ONevents assumes no liability for published content. Users are liable for any legal violations.

Account security

Users are responsible for the security of their accounts and should keep their login information confidential.

Misleading or fraudulent content

Misleading information, phishing or identity theft are prohibited.

Harassment or stalking

Harassment, stalking or unwanted following of other users is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

Users may not infringe the rights of third parties (copyright, trademark law, etc.).

Illegal or harmful activities

Prohibited are, among others:

  • Violation of legal rights (e.g. copyright)
  • Sexual abuse, content with children in sexual depictions
  • Depiction of dangerous acts (e.g. organ trafficking)
  • Illegal products (e.g. endangered animals, drugs)
  • Content glorifying violence
  • Content from or on behalf of terrorist organizations

Using Stages & Code-Active Input Options

JavaScript elements or active code may not be included.

Adult content

The following are prohibited:

  • Pornographic content
  • Depictions of uncovered genitals
  • Sodomy, fetishes for sexual gratification
  • Sexual content, unless clearly justified for educational, documentary or similar purposes

Offensive content

Respectful interaction is mandatory. The following are not permitted:

  • Attacks on individuals or groups
  • Provocative content
  • Unsubstantiated allegations of unethical behavior

Negative experiences described respectfully are acceptable.

Hate speech

The following are prohibited:

  • Calls for violence against protected persons or groups
  • Dehumanizing or derogatory content

Positive references to protected groups are permitted.
