Here's how to use the template

  2. Optionally add 1-2 event-specific questions
  3. Adjust the email text (short, clear, "Takes 2 minutes")
  4. Set a shipping time (e.g. 2 hours after the end or the next day at 9:00 AM)
  5. Evaluate results and derive insights/to-dos
  6. Optional: Follow-up to promoters/dissatisfied customers (NPS-based)
