With the function Pop-ups Important messages, notices, or calls to action can be displayed directly in all areas of the platform. Pop-ups appear centrally on the user's screen and are ideal for short-notice information, surveys, reminders, or event announcements.
How to create a pop-up #

Select the sender to be displayed in the pop-up. - text
Enter the message content. This text will be visible in the pop-up and should be short, clear, and action-oriented. - External Link – Label (optional)
If the pop-up should lead to another page or survey, enter the button text here, e.g. „To the survey“ or "Learn more". - External link – URL (optional)
Enter the link here that the button should point to. This can be an internal link (e.g.,./content/345) or an external URL. - Create new pop-up message
Click this button to save and activate the pop-up.
Send pop-ups #

Pop-up overview in ONevents
In the Pop-up overview All created pop-ups are displayed. Here you can manage existing messages, send them, or evaluate their results.

Actions in detail #
- Send
Activate the pop-up and display it to all users of the platform. - Download
Loads a Excel list This list includes all users who clicked on the pop-up. This way you can track who reacted to the link or button. - Edit
Opens the pop-up in edit mode. Here you can adjust text, links, or labels.
At the bottom, you can always create a new pop-up using the button. „Create pop-up“ add.
The Delete mode Allows the removal of unwanted pop-ups.
