With the module Interactions Can you conduct live polls, surveys, or spontaneous feedback requests directly to the audience of a Stage send. Interactions are an effective tool to actively engage participants and capture moods, opinions, or knowledge in real time.
How it works #
- Interactions will always assigned to a stage and can answered once become.
- You can broadcast live, aborted or completed will be – e.g., after a certain time or after all answers have been received.
- All results will be Visualized in real time (Bar chart, pie chart or word cloud).
Overview #

The overview shows all interactions created for a stage, along with the following information:
- title – Name of the interaction or survey
- Sent at – Time of dispatch
- Feedback – Number of responses received
- Actions:
- Edit – opens the detailed view for customizing the questions
- Duplicate – creates an identical copy of the interaction
- Send – the live performance starts on the corresponding stage
- Complete – ends the active survey
- Evaluation – displays the results graphically and enables the Export as Excel file
- Delete – permanently removes the interaction
Question types #
You can use different question types to get relevant feedback:
- Single Choice – one answer selectable
- multiple choice – multiple answers possible
- range of values – Rating, e.g., from 1 to 10
- Yes No – simple decision
- Free text – open input, result display as a word cloud
Preview functions #
- Interaction preview: shows how the survey appears in the frontend.
- Results preview: simulates the graphical evaluation using test data.
Evaluation #
After completing an interaction, you can analyze the responses:
- Results are presented as Bar or pie chart or as word cloud displayed.
- The Excel export contains:
- Answers per participant
- Response time
- Response time

Tip:
By combining several interactions, you can create an entire feedback process – from the initial check-in to the final survey.
Create new interaction #
With the function „Create interaction“ Can you create live polls or feedback requests that are sent directly to participants during an event? Stage be sent.

1. General #
Here you define the basic information of your interaction:
- Title: Name of the survey or poll (e.g., „Audience Question“, „Feedback Session 1“)
- Text: The actual question displayed in the pop-up (e.g. „"How tall is the Statue of Liberty?"“).
2. Interaction type #

Decide what kind of question you want to ask:
- Single Choice – one answer option can be selected.
- Multiple choice – multiple answers are possible.
- range of values – e.g. a rating scale from 1 to 10.
- Free text – open input for individual feedback.
- Yes/No selection – a simple decision question.
For multiple-choice questions, you can define up to five answer options. Each answer can also have an optional evaluation label, which will later be displayed in the statistics.
3. Output visualization #

Choose how the results should be displayed live:
- Bar chart – shows the distribution of votes per answer.
- Pie chart – for a percentage-based results overview.
- word cloud – automatically generated for free text answers.
The visualization can be displayed live on stage during the event.
4. Settings #

Determine which elements are visible in the results display:
- Show question in evaluation – displays the question in the results diagram.
- Show title – displays the title of the interaction above the evaluation.
5. Preview #

Before shipping, you can both Question preview as well as the Results preview show:
- The Question preview The pop-up shows how participants see it.
- The Results preview simulates the graphical representation with example values.

6. Implementation and evaluation #
Once created, the interaction can be sent live to the stage participants:
- Participants answer the question unique.
- The status of the interaction can sent, aborted or completed become.
- In the Live evaluation Answers will be updated immediately.
After completion, there is a Excel export available, which shows:
- every single answer,
- the time of submission,
- The response time per participant.
Example process:
- You create a survey "How tall is the Statue of Liberty?" with multiple answer options.
- The survey will be sent to all participants on Stage 1 sent.
- Participants select an answer and click „"Submit"“.
- This will happen immediately Bar chart with the percentage distribution displayed.
- Once completed, you export the answers as an Excel file for further analysis.
