The menu item “Space” in the Settings allows you to make extensive customizations to the event platform, your space. Here, we'll show you the comprehensive options for designing and personalizing your space. From access modes to language settings to branding options – everything can be customized to your needs.
Generally #
The drop-down menu "Generally" Contains basic settings for your space that control general behavior and access.
mode #
Under "Mode" you can define how participants can access the event space:
- Public: Anyone can enter the space without registering.
- Public (with registration): The space is public, but participants must register before entering.
- Login: Only registered users have access.
- registration: Access is only available to registered users.
- Invitation code: Access requires an invitation code.
- Paywall: Access is via payment.
Number of stages #
Place the Number of stages that are available in your event.
Redirect URL #
Here you can URL for redirects which forwards participants after login or other actions.
Send registration notification #
With this option you can specify whether a Notification upon registration sent to the administrator. This option can be enabled or disabled using a switch.

Localization #
In the section “Localization” You define the language settings for your space to create a user-friendly experience for participants from different language areas.
Languages #
Here you choose the available languages for the space. You can choose between German and EnglishThis selection allows the event to be multilingual and to appeal to an international audience.
Default language #
The Default language is the language in which the space will be displayed when first accessed. For example, you can German or English establish.
Branding #
The branding menu allows you to customize the design and thus the appearance of the space to match the look and feel of your company or brand. This is done intuitively by selecting a color or entering a specific color code (HEX and RGB).
Primary Color and Secondary Color #
These fields allow the primary color and secondary color of the space so that your Corporate Identity is optimally reflected. The primary color usually affects main actions and menu colors, while the secondary color sets complementary accents.

Sidebar #
Here you can make specific adjustments to the sidebar:
- Logo Text Color: The color of the text displayed in the top left corner next to the logo.
- Navigation Heading Text Color: The color of the headings in the navigation in the sidebar.

- Navigation Link Text Color: Default color for all menu items in the sidebar.
- Navigation Link Active Text Color: Color for the text of active menu items to ensure clear user guidance.
- Navigation Link Active Background Color: This is the background color in the sidebar of the active menu item you are in in your space.

Custom CSS #
If further adjustments are required, you can find them in the Custom CSS Custom styles can be stored. This allows for in-depth personalization, e.g., for specific branding requirements or custom layouts.
