Login & Registration

Here you can configure login and registration: texts, password rules, consents, selection fields, session selection, invitation management and login without a password.

Here's how to find it: Administration → Settings → Login & Registration

Text and password #

• Welcome text: Welcome to the login page
• Text for registration form and … under Tickets: Instructions on the registration page
• Disclaimer: e.g. link to the privacy policy
• Password mode (Duty): Password selectable (Guest chooses) or Default password
• Final text registration and Registration button text
• Show links „I am already registered“ / „Register a new account“
• Positioning of login on registration page: top or bottom
• Show Friendly Captcha: Protection against spam registrations
• Forgot password activated
• Register Redirect route to homepage

Registration consent #

• Registration consent and Consent text 1 to 4: Up to four checkboxes that guests must confirm during registration, such as data protection or photo permission. Each checked box requires text.

Single selection 1 and 2 #

• Store single choice in this field: Target field (Extra 1–6 or Single Choice 1/2)
• Options, Mandatory field, text
• Single choice selection will be one day: The chosen answer will be assigned as a tag.

Confirmation and Sessions #

• Confirmation email subject and text
• Select session during registration: Field label, Session Bucket, Allow multiple selection of sessions
• Send user badge with registration

Invitation management #

• Invitation management: Acceptance, acceptance with a guest, and rejection via button
• detour for each of the three answers
• Show with escort, I'm afraid I can't come and show this
• Texts 1 to 3 and Information Text

Login without password #

• Login without password enabled: The guest receives a login link via email.
• Email subject and Email text
• Link validity in minutes and Link can only be used once
• Message if signature is invalid
• Custom HTML for passwordless login

More #

• Extra points awarded after using the invitation URL
• Store payload in this field: Save the additional value from the registration link in Extra 1–10

Additionally in the event #

• Display the message "Already registered in the space": Displays a message to guests indicating they can log in with their existing Space account. This is useful because each email address can only be registered once per Space. Learn more in Add guests and register them for an event.
