Emails

The menu item “Emails” The settings for your event allow you to configure the basic parameters for your email communication via ONevents. Here, we explain each sub-item and its meaning.

Email sender (email address) #

The first point is the Sender address. Enter the address from which the emails should be sent via your ONevents platform. Typically, for example, a No-reply address used, such as: “no-reply@dein-event.at”to avoid replies to this address. This address will then be the sender that recipients will see in their inbox.

Email sender (name) #

In the second field you place the Sender's display name This is the name that recipients will see in their mailbox next to the sender's address. We recommend entering a clear and recognizable name here so recipients immediately know who the message is from.

  • Tip: Use the name of your event or organization to ensure recognition among attendees.

Email background color #

This field allows you to Background color the entire This color frames the actual content, giving the message an aesthetic appearance. This is done using a so-called hex value, which allows for the precise selection of colors.

  • Tip: Choose a color that matches the branding of the event or organization and thus visually supports the content.

Email body background color #

In this section you set the Background color of the email body , i.e., the part where the message text is displayed. Similar to the background color, the color is specified as a hex value. The default color is white (#FFFFFF). This neutral color ensures clear readability of the content.

  • Tip: Make sure the text color contrasts with the background color to ensure readability.

Below you will find the menu items Header and Footer, each displayed as expandable sections. These sections allow you to customize headers and footers for all emails sent to participants.

  • Header: Here you can change the width of the previously selected Cover image (see layout). The cover image is visible in every outgoing message, supporting both communication consistency and enhancing branding.

  • Footer: Here you can create a footer containing legal information such as privacy policy, contact details or links to social media. Furthermore, a Footer Image be uploaded and fitted.
