Prepare event for invitation management #
The first step is to create a new event. To do this, create a new event in Central and select the "Invitation Code" mode under "Settings." This will always redirect you to the correct homepage.

Once an event has been created, guests can be imported. To do so, open the event and upload the users directly to the event.
Create user #
Users can be created using the user import. You can find more information about this HERE.

Set up invitation management #
After importing the people to be invited, you can set up invitation management. This is done using the "Invitation Code" tab in the "Settings" menu.

In the first fields, you can adjust basic settings for the background image and data storage. It is recommended to use the default settings. The background image can be customized.

The tabs at the bottom display views of the various invitation management statuses. All available placeholders can also be used here.

Welcome Text #
This is the home page when the event is accessed. Two placeholders can be used here.

If a printed invitation is sent, invitation codes can be generated that are linked to users. These codes can be used to initiate invitation management.
RSVP Text #
This status records the guest's feedback. Here, the guest can choose whether to attend the event, stay away, or attend with a guest. The ability to review all user data helps further improve the invitation process.

Text not found #
This page appears when an incorrect invitation code is used.

Here you have the option to restart the process using a placeholder.
Accompanying person text #

The placeholders have been expanded to include the option to enter the accompanying person.
Final text #

The invitation process can be completed with placeholders for the personal greeting.
Emails in the process #
It is possible to support the invitation process with emails. For this purpose, "events" are used in an email.

When creating a new email, an event from the RSVP module can be used as the trigger event. This allows different emails to be sent for different statuses.
