Generally #
The Interactions app enables simple and direct communication with the event audience: for example, through surveys with up to five single-choice or multiple-choice answer options. The event organizer can also set up yes/no answers and free-text answers within a range of values and send them to all participants.
The results of the surveys are then evaluated directly and fully automatically and can, if required, be immediately visualized for the entire audience as a bar chart, pie chart or alternatively as a word cloud.
It is also possible to export all survey results, including usernames, answers and response times.
All interactions or questions can be sent during events and appear directly above the streaming window of all participants. Once the questions are answered, the window closes automatically.
ONInteract! is installed including the setup of all colors, fonts, test interactions, and the creation of interactions according to the form.
It is therefore an outstanding module for a wide variety of events, with which the audience can be involved through surveys and the opinions and moods of the viewers can be found out in real time.
Create interaction #
The “Create Interaction” button creates a new interaction.
The title and the question are stored under the “General” tab.
With “Interaction Type” you determine how a guest can respond.
"Response" is displayed to the guest when the survey is sent. "Response (Evaluation, optional)" is displayed in the automatically generated report. If nothing is filled in here, the "Response" is displayed in the report.

Create a survey #
Send survey #
The overview of all interactions contains various actions that can be performed. This allows each interaction to be edited after it has been created.
The two buttons to the right of “Edit” show a preview of the interaction played out and the evaluation.
Duplicate allows you to duplicate an interaction. An interaction that has already been sent cannot be sent again and must be duplicated.
Clicking "Send" sends an interaction. This interaction appears at the stage where it was sent. If a survey needs to be completed, click "Complete." If a guest hasn't responded yet, the survey will be withdrawn.
Clicking the "Evaluation" button opens a new browser window and displays the survey results. The cloud icon allows you to download the responses. The red trash can icon allows you to delete a survey.
