This article describes the features of the email center integrated into ONevents. This is where all emails required for the event are clearly managed.
New emails can be created under "Administration" "Email." These can be sent to all participants, editors, or guests. The emails are sent as HTML emails and can be created using a WYSIWYG editor or an HTML editor.
Available placeholders for automatic creation of the salutation #

Recipient settings #
The "Recipients" tab allows you to specify who the email will be sent to. This allows for a broad filtering of administrators, guests, or editors, or a more detailed filtering.
Addresses *

Select the different user roles for sending emails. "Everyone" is set as the default. This allows emails to be sent to specific groups.
Individual recipients #
Will be under addresses * “Individual recipients” If selected, emails can be sent to a specific email address. This can be used, for example, to trigger an email to an admin when a new user registers.
Select only users with this tag #
Here you can send emails to users who have a specific day.
Select only users without this tag #
A filter is set here for all those who do not have a tag.
Bucket Session #
For bucket sessions, you can set an email to be sent only to the logged in users of a specific session.
Shipping time #
Under the menu item “Scheduled Sending” you can set a date in the future for sending an email.
Email triggers #
With email triggers, an email can be triggered automatically.
Sending emails when a user logs into a session #
Emails can also be sent when a user registers for a session using the registration form. To do this, select the "Registration" event in the triggers and the respective session in the bucket session.
Miscellaneous #
Add event badge to email #
Under the tab “Miscellaneous” it is possible to define that an email of the Event badge is sent with.
Add event appointment (ICS) (if possible) #
If the feature is enabled, a calendar entry for this event will be attached to the email, provided all data is available. The data for the calendar entry is generated from the event data.
