Here's how to use the template
- Create an event and define fields for pre-registration (or import participants)
- Customize confirmation email with event information (without ticket)
- Prepare check-in device(s) (tablet/mobile phone) and perform a test check-in.
- At the event: Find participants → Check in (or scan the QR code from the confirmation page)
- After the event: Export the check-in list and send a follow-up message.
